First off, don’t worry, it happens to us all, and is in fact the most frequent issue raised with our support team. Fortunately, resetting a forgotten password could not be easier.

You first need to bring up the login screen. If you have never logged in before this will be the first thing you see, but if you have logged in successfully, the system keeps you logged in for a period of time to make life easier for you. However it is not always obvious how to log out. To log out click the Hamburger menu at the top left of the screen, then select Logout from the menu which drops down. You will then be re-directed to the login screen. See Logging Out

From the login screen click on the the reset your password link:

This will open the Retrieve Password screen. Simply enter your registered email address in the E-mail box (1), and click the Retrieve Password button (2):

This will send an email to your registered email address with a link to reset your password. Follow this link and you will be prompted to enter a new password. Then click Change password.

You will then be forwarded to the Routeview sign in page where you can log in with your new password.

If the mail containing your password reset instructions does not arrive in a few minutes, it may be stuck in your Spam folder – check that first of all, and if there is still no sign of it, please contact Visivi support at support@visivi.com and we will be happy to help you out.
